“LEMZ” Trade Union Committee includes representatives of various departments of the plant.

With the participation of the Trade Union Committee, a collective labor agreement was developed that regulates social and labor relations in the organization. The trade union committee provides employees with various social exemptions, holds sports and cultural events, and provides travel warrants at discount prices to recreation facilities for “LEMZ” employees and their families.
